iHeart MKE Police!
Today there was shoot-out at 2nd and national that involved two officers getting shot. They pulled a suspicious bicyclist over and were immedatley fired on. Both took multiple hits in broad daylight around 3:30 pm on 6/9/2009 in the Walker’s Point Nieghborhood of Milwaukee. Now historically, I’m not the biggest fan of Police. In fact I got a ticket on 2nd street earlier this week. So did did by friend Bet-z, a barowner who owner the establishment directly in front of where the shot out happened. I wanted to post some photos that I clicked as well as show you the power of webmedia… in this case, Twitter, you can actually see the timeline that the #apb occured.

iHeart Riversplash
RiverSplash 2009 was a highlight for the City of Milwaukee this weekend. The downtown two-day music fest brought people together from all walks of life. I happen to notice that their were some odd couples and captured them with my camera phone. I also attended the Green Gallery East Opening on Thursday. Here are photos from those events.
